For parents, my support focuses on strengthening the bond within families, providing you with tools to better understand your children’s emotional needs and fostering a healthier, more supportive environment at home. I work alongside you to develop deeper emotional connections, improve communication, and navigate the challenges of parenting with greater confidence and empathy.

For children, I approach therapy with patience, creativity, and a focus on their unique emotional needs. I provide a safe, supportive environment where children can express themselves freely, work through their feelings, and develop resilience to cope with challenges.
